Sometimes the best picture is the one with my thumb in it. This tree just started blooming, there are two birds in the tree scolding me. I usually bring them food when I come out this way.
The package of tenderloin from our last steer had enough for two families. Here is how Amy did hers. She seared them first in a Dutch oven until they were very brown, then she moved them to her Traeger pellet grill for a 20 minute finish. she said they were melt-in-the mouth.
These were large steaks, each one was enough for two people.
Lindsay meets her new bull calf. She calls him Patrick.
